Summary**
The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the import logistics organization with a focus on strategic planning and execution to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce cost. Oversees the organization's inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, planning and customer & consumer services functions as well as developing and implementing operational systems to monitor and control critical supply chain processes. This role is crucial for managing our supply chain and promoting a culture focused on delighting our customers and driving revenue and profitability.
This position is eligible to work out of any of the Keter North America sites.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
- Improve overall service level and relationships with customers by increasing product quality and on time in full, resulting in reduced penalties and charges from our customer base
- Diagnose supply chain challenges, anticipating evolving areas of growth and ensuring prompt support for necessary system, process, and physical improvements
- Develop S&OP processes between regions, including supply and production planning, financial reconciliation, and final sign off with focus on accuracy and punctuality to the demand signal
- Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
- Improve response rate and feedback within the consumer service team
- Design and implement a DTC logistics fulfilment model
- Focus on import logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective management of imported products by managing and reducing inventory levels of imported products
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective services
- Lead and mentor supply chain teams, including managers and staff, to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Oversee the implementation and use of supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations and improve data accuracy
- Proactively identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Travel to the Savannah, GA distribution center as needed

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree a plus
- 10+ years related experience in logistics, distribution, purchasing, or inventory functions
- 8+ years managerial experience
- Deep understanding of the Supply Chain function and best practices
- Track record of P&L ownership and driving operational cost improvements
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and technologies, such as ERP systems
- Experience bridging cross-regional/trans-Atlantic teams, in order to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Essential Duties
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to mid-size clients in various industries
- Overall responsibility for client retention and proactively developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with carriers and clients
- Communicate directly with clients and their employees as the subject matter expert on the details of various insurance coverages, products, and services in the marketplace.
- Strategize opportunities to continually enhance service to our clients through new services, cost control, technology, etc.
- Review request for proposals and detailed insurance plan analyses, negotiate with carriers and recommend renewal actions.
- Stay up to date and educated on industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issues and communicate to clients as appropriate
- Maintain and ensure adherence to all plan rules, legal and regulatory compliance, reporting requirements, and overall compliance as it relates to client group health and welfare plans.
- Prepare presentations and lead client, open enrollment, strategy, and other related meetings; conduct and prepare benefits benchmarking analyses for clients
- Obtain, organize, and analyze vendor proposals for various health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.
- Analyze and synthesize various carriers, plan designs, plan funding and employee contributions options
- Use software to draft plan documents, required employee communications, and 5500 filings/SAR’s
- Create and update benefit guides and ensure client resources and communications are up to date for open enrollment or coverage changes
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on other Innovo employee work products

- Experience with self-funded plans and claims reporting and analysis
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Overview
The Benefits Consultant will manage their own book of business consisting of clients that have under 100 employees. The Benefits Consultant will independently manage all account management responsibilities associated with the assigned client groups. The Benefits Consultant will also collaborate with our Account Management team on larger clients, providing support to their book of business through detailed analysis of benchmarking data, RFPs, maintenance of CRM and other databases, peer review, and participation in the renewal and implementation of new employee health and welfare benefit programs.
Account Management Responsibilities: 50%
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to medium-sized clients (under 100 employees) in various industries.

- Provide key administrative support to the Account Management team in the preparation and review of RFPs, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations to clients.
- Analyze and proofread vendor proposals for various health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.
- Participate in the peer review process of client documents for open enrollment and renewals.
- Maintain CRM, benchmarking, and other systems. Create processes to ensure accuracy and up to date data.
- Participate in the drafting of plan documents, required employee communications, and 5500 filings/SAR's.

Job Desccription
The Engineering Supervisor oversees and directs subordinates, ensuring that the plant's facilities and equipment are well-maintained. They play a crucial role in training new employees, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving equipment issues. The supervisor also collaborates closely with the Engineering Manager or Superintendent. This position is located in West Jordan, Utah.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
- Assists Engineering Manager or Engineering Superintendent in the performance of assigned duties.
- Plans, assigns and supervises work of Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
- Trains new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
- Demonstrates procedures unique to plant operations.
- Supervises and/or participates in the repair and maintenance of all plant machine and equipment.
- Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Maintains good employee relations.
- Promotes established safety programs and ensures safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance.
- Ensures that work areas are cleaned and organized during assigned shift.
- Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reporting food safety issues.
Desired Experience:- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations is preferred.
- A demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Electrical wiring, motor control, PLC.
- Equipment repair, Industrial Equipment installation, start-up, repair, etc.
- Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required.
- Electrical troubleshooting is desired.
- Experience or knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices a plus.
- Allen Bradley experiences a plus.
- Managing/overseeing a Preventative Maintenance Program.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Essential Job Functions & Requirements:- Mobility: - Physically capable of rapid, unimpeded movement to all areas of the plant. - Able to climb fixed and portable ladders. - Able to crawl under and climb onto machinery and equipment. - Able to enter and exit confined spaces. - Ability to lift and hold up to 50 pounds from floor level to 48 inches. - Dexterity in fingers, arms, and hands enough to perform complex wiring, welding and written communication.
